On Tuesday, August 26, 2025, the TWU NY/NJ State Conference proudly attended an event in support of Congressman Tom Suozzi. Our presence was a strong reminder of the power and unity of TWU Locals when we stand together.

Here are the results for Guardian Bus contract ratification:

Guardian ratified contract 174 yes, 9 no. 3 year agreement
5 %, 4 1/2% & 4%, increase company contributions into 401k, company increased their contribution into health insurance, increased tool allowance, increased PTO days, increased longevity pay to van drivers n driver assistants.
