TWU Local 252 proudly honors a remarkable milestone — 50 years of dedicated service as a bus driver.
For five decades, this dedicated TWU Local 252 member has served the riding public with professionalism, commitment, and pride. Through changing times, changing routes, and countless miles behind the wheel, starting with MSBA in Nassau County ( Metropolitan Suburban Bus Authority) in 1976 all the way through to retiring from Suffolk Bus Corp (SBC) in 2026, his dedication to his passengers, fellow workers, and union has remained steadfast.
Fifty years is more than a career — it is a legacy.
Your years of service represent the very best of what it means to be a union transit worker: showing up every day, looking out for your fellow workers, and taking pride in the important job of safely transporting our communities.
